Sales Representative (Male)

Minimum Requirement:

• S1 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, experience at least 1 years in Heavy Equipment Industry or Automotive is preferable. Fresh Graduate from Mechanical / Electrical Engineering is welcome also with GPA min. 2,75
• Good Communication, Excellent in Inter Personal & Presentation Skill
• Customer service oriented and Driving for best result.
• Having own vehicle is advantage

Job Description (Pointers only):

1. Product Selling
   Identify customer needs and opportunity for value added to customer, negotiate sales term, conduct selling process.
   Ensure the achievement of sales target within certain period of time.
2. Prospecting
   Maintain prospect customers, conduct research on customer business, visit the customer. Increase PINS or market share.
3. Customer Service
   Handle customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward the problem to related party (technician, engineer, etc.), present at customer premises during problem shooting or product delivery. Timely respond customer’s request and complaint.
4. Financial Relationship
   Assess customer credit, identify customer financial procedure, monitor collection process and receivables.
   Ensure no profit loss due to unpredictable cost and expenses occurred during transaction period.
5. Market Information
   Collect market  and competitor information, prepare call and transaction reports.
   Provide market information.
6. Coverage Management
   Develop strategy to cover his/her territory .All customers and prospective buyers within his territory are fully covered
