HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

Responsible for the day-to-day Human Resources/ personnel operations at BATAM factory site, including administration of local polices and procedures. Advise management and employees on Human Resources issues and ensure compliance with all applicable Human Resources laws and Safety and working conditions. The candidate will also drive different projects/ initiatives to make sure the organization meets high standards of HR performance such as recruitment, compensation, training and development, etc. The candidate will report to both global HR Director and GM of PT. UwatecBatam.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

1. A bachelor’s degree + 5 to 7 years of Human Resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Knowledge of local employment law.
3. Knowledge of general Human Resources policies, procedures and practices.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cooperative and supportive working relationships with company personnel at all levels.
5. Have a good knowledge of payroll administration process.
6. Experience using a personal computer, including word processing,spreadsheet, and internet programs.
7. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency.
